How to cancel my reservation?

In most cases you can cancel your reservation with a 100% refund if you cancel 24 hours before departure.

 

To cancel your reservation, in the purchase email that we send you and click on “Manage your reservation” and then, on the screen that opens, click on “Cancel reservation”.

 

Depending on your bank, it will be effective in a few days.

Can I exchange one experience for another?

It is only possible to exchange one experience for another if the initial reservation is canceled and a new one is made.

Can I make a special reservation?

At La Palma Transfer & Tours we can handle special requests, such as reservations for large groups or private tours. Send us an email to info@lapalmatransfer.com and we will manage it.

I can not pay with my credit card. What I do?

First of all, check that you have entered the data correctly and try again.

 

If you are still unable to process the reservation, try another payment method or contact your bank to confirm that there is no problem with the card.

Can I pay on the bus?

Unfortunately, at the moment, it is not possible to pay on the bus. That is why you must complete the payment process on our website. You can buy on our website even up to 5 minutes before departure.

What do i need to bring?

In each experience you will find a section where we detail everything you need to take in each case so that you do not leave anything behind.

Do I have to print my purchase voucher?

It is not necessary. It will be enough for you to show the driver the QR code that came to you in the mail with your purchase.

Can I change the date of my reservation?

Yes. You will have to go to the email that we sent you with the purchase and click on “Manage your reservation” and then, in the window that opens, on “Edit reservation” and then choose any other available date that suits you better.

Do the transfers include an Official Guide?

No, the transfers do not include an Official Guide. They only include the round trip transportation service, in case you buy it or it is included in it. On the other hand, our Guided Hiking and Guided Excursions routes do include an Official Guide.

How to buy at La Palma Transfer & Tours?

Very easy! You just have to choose the service you want, choose the date and number of people and click on “Next”. Then enter your information and your credit card number and that’s it! You will receive the purchase voucher in your email.

Is there a special price for children?

Of course! Children from 0 – 2 years old will not pay anything. From 3 – 12 years old, both included, will pay the special price for children fixed in the rate of each experience. From 13 years old onwards, the adult rate will be applied.
