How to cancel my reservation?
In most cases you can cancel your reservation with a 100% refund if you cancel 24 hours before departure.
To cancel your reservation, in the purchase email that we send you and click on “Manage your reservation” and then, on the screen that opens, click on “Cancel reservation”.
Depending on your bank, it will be effective in a few days.

I can not pay with my credit card. What I do?
First of all, check that you have entered the data correctly and try again.
If you are still unable to process the reservation, try another payment method or contact your bank to confirm that there is no problem with the card.

How to buy at La Palma Transfer & Tours?
Very easy! You just have to choose the service you want, choose the date and number of people and click on “Next”. Then enter your information and your credit card number and that’s it! You will receive the purchase voucher in your email.
Is there a special price for children?
Of course! Children from 0 – 2 years old will not pay anything. From 3 – 12 years old, both included, will pay the special price for children fixed in the rate of each experience. From 13 years old onwards, the adult rate will be applied.
