The present provisions regulate the use of the Registration Service for Job Offers that TRANSPORTE INSULAR LA PALMA (hereinafter, the “TILP”) makes available to Candidates on the Internet.
PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
In compliance with the provisions on the Protection of Personal Data, we inform you that the personal data and information you provide when filling out any electronic form available at www.lapalmatransfer.com, will be treated by TILP as the controller. The purpose of the processing of the data is to process the online sale of transfer tickets purchased on this website. The legitimacy of the processing is based on the fulfilment of legal obligations as well as the fulfilment of the pre-contractual relationship between TILP and the Client.
The data provided by the candidate may be communicated to public bodies and administrations.
The personal data will be kept for the duration of the relationship between the client and TILP and subsequently, provided that the client has not exercised his right to suppression, will be kept taking into account the legal deadlines that apply in each specific case, taking into account the type of data as well as the purpose of the processing.
SECURITY AND SURVEILLANCE
The Company adopts the required security levels. Notwithstanding the above, technical security in a medium such as the Internet is not impregnable and there may be malicious actions by third parties, although the Company makes every effort to prevent such actions.
ARCO RIGHTS
The Candidate may exercise his/her rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition (‘ARCO Rights’) under the terms provided for by law by writing and enclosing a photocopy of his/her ID card to TILP, Avda Los Indianos 14, bajo, 38700 S/C de La Palma.
TILP will provide you with the requested information within a maximum period of one month from receipt of the request. This period may be extended by a further two months if necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of applications.
CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE SERVICE
The client undertakes to make correct use of the SIOE in accordance with the Law and this Legal Notice. The customer will be liable for any damages that may be caused as a result of non-compliance with this obligation.
All the information provided by the client through the forms must be truthful. To this end, the client guarantees the authenticity of all the data he or she provides. In any case, the Client will be solely responsible for any false or inaccurate statements made and for any damages caused to the Company or third parties as a result of the information provided.
LEGISLATION
This Legal Notice is governed in each and every one of its aspects by Spanish law.
TILP PRIVACY POLICY
This privacy policy defines the services and processing of personal data of customers who join TILP.
The provision of any personal data through the data collection forms implies that the user gives his or her express consent to its processing under the terms indicated and for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.

Purpose of TILP’s personal data. In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter LOPD), we inform you that your personal data provided on the various forms of the TCC will be processed for the following purposes:
Management of the client database.
Sending of communications by e-mail for the following purposes:
- Confirmation of reservations.
- Reminder of reservations.
Each form specifies the data that must be provided for the provision of the service, without which it will not be possible to contract the service or make use of the services provided.
TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD PARTIES
The user expressly authorises the transfer of his or her data for purposes related to the transfer service.
EXERCISE OF RIGHTS
The Customer may exercise the rights of access, correction, updating or deletion provided for in the legislation by sending a written communication to Transporte Insular La Palma Avda. Los Indianos 14, bajo 38700 S/C de La Palma or by e-mail to info@tilp.es. If the request is made in writing, the Customer must attach a copy of his/her identity card, passport or other valid document that identifies him/her.
