How to buy on La Palma Transfer & Tours?
It’s easy! Choose the service you want, choose the date and the number of people and click on “Next“. Then, fill in your details, select payment method, enter your credit card number (if this option is available) and “MAKE BOOKING“.
Ready! You will receive the purchase voucher in your email.
Sometimes you will also be asked, as a security measure, to enter the CVV code, which is on the back of your card, or a code sent to you by your bank by SMS.
Do I have to print my voucher?
No. Just show the guide or driver (if you have chosen a non-guided route) the booking voucher you have received at your @.
Can I change the date of my booking?
Yes. You will have to go to the email you received with your voucher and click on “Manage your booking“. Then click on “Edit booking” and choose the available date for which you want to modify the activity.
Can I exchange one experience for another?
Yes, but it is only possible to exchange one experience for another if the initial booking is cancelled and a new booking is made.
Is there a special price for children?
From 0 – 2 years: free
From 3 – 12 years old (both included): They have special price. It is fixed in the tariff of each activity.
From 13 years old and up: Adult rate is charged.
Do the transfers include a guide?
No, transfers do not include guide. Only include round-trip transportation service.in case you buy it or it is included in it. On the other hand, our guided hiking trails and our guided bus tours do include a guide.
What do I need to bring?
In each activity you will find a “General Recommendations” section, where we inform you.
Can I request a quote for groups or private tours?
At La Palma Transfer & Tours we can handle special requests, such as group bookings, private tours, guide services, transfers…

Can I pay on the bus?
Unfortunately, at the moment, it is not possible to pay on the bus. Therefore, you must complete the purchase process on our website.
I can't pay with my credit card. What do I do?
First, check that you have entered the data correctly and try again. If you still cannot process the reservation, try another payment method or contact your bank to confirm if there is a problem with your card.

How do I cancel my booking?
To cancel your reservation, you will have to go to the email you received with your voucher and click on “Manage your reservation“. Then click on “Cancel reservation“.
If you cancel your reservation one day or more before the date of the service, 100% of the amount will be refunded.
If the reservation is cancelled less than one day before the date of the service, 50% of the reservation fee will be refunded. The remaining 50% is not refunded as administrative expenses.
Depending on your bank, it will be effective on the same day or within a few days after the refund is processed.

Reasons for canceling my reservation
If due to weather conditions or other reasons of force majeure, we are unable to fulfill the reserved service, and we cannot offer a similar service or another date for the service, La Palma Transfer & Tours reserves the right to cancel the reservation. If the client is not at the pick-up point at the scheduled time, La Palma Transfer & Tours will in no case refund the amount of the reservation to the client.
